Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of our website, registration for the event, and participation as an attendee, exhibitor or sponsor.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the HealthTech Cyprus Expo 2026 website, registering for the event, purchasing tickets, or submitting an application to exhibit or sponsor, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use our services or attend the event.

2. Eligibility & Registration

Attendees must be at least 18 years old or accompanied by a guardian. All registration information must be accurate and complete. We reserve the right to refuse admission or cancel registrations that violate these terms or our code of conduct.

3. Tickets & Refunds

Tickets are non-transferable unless explicitly approved by the organisers. Refund requests must be submitted in writing at least 30 days before the event. No refunds will be issued for no-shows or cancellations within 30 days of the event date.

4. Exhibitor & Sponsor Obligations

Exhibitors and sponsors must adhere to booth assignment rules, load-in/load-out schedules, and safety regulations. All marketing materials must be truthful and comply with applicable laws. The organisers reserve the right to remove any exhibitor or sponsor that violates these obligations.

5. Code of Conduct

All participants are expected to behave professionally and respectfully. Harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behaviour of any kind will not be tolerated and may result in immediate removal from the venue without refund.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website and event materials — including logos, text, images, and videos — are the property of HealthTech Cyprus Expo or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, HealthTech Cyprus Expo and its organisers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your attendance or use of our services.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The latest version will always be posted on this page with the effective date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Limassol, Cyprus.
